Weifu’s fuel injector assemblies are produced by BOSCH authorized production lines (That is, the production line of the original “Eurasia” brand). The fuel injector production line is equipped with a SMP cleaning machine specially developed for the fuel injector, which can effectively control the cleanliness of the fuel injector. The fuel injector assembly line is controlled by BOSCH CPS21 performance test system. Therefore, the performance indicators of the fuel injector are reliable and unanimously affirmed by customers at home and abroad. Weifu’s fuel injectors are supplied to domestic industry leading host customers. Weifu’s main customers are Weichai, Xichai, DCEC, Changchai, Yuchai, Quanchai, Xinchai, Yangchai, etc.

During the injection process, the oil outlet valve coupling can control the residual pressure in the high-pressure oil pipe, and the residual pressure directly affects the injection timing, injection law and speed characteristics of the high-pressure system.
